For store interview, I had to wait an unacceptable amount of time for the interviewer to begin, spending 30+ minutes past interview time while they were out. Specific store was in a state of disrepair and in dire need of renovation.
Interview itself was average. I had been told I would be contacted by end of day regarding a definite second interview, and that I would be seen within the week for sure. A week passes without a phone call or email regarding a second interview. I had sent a courtesy email to the manager, yet, no response.
I had never been offered the opportunity to have a second interview, yet never get a reply back, regardless if they decided to go with another candidate. This goes to show Telus' unprofessionalism and high turnaround rate.
