Regular application follow up by a screener interview.
The interviewer or HR person took more time than expected during the interview. Unprofessionally he started to criticize my resume right when the interview started, it wasn't feedback, it was plain no constructive feedback, perhaps he had a design dream frustration while sitting as a HR person. Alarming bells all over when started saying they were looking for two roles in one, and a terrible salary for what I could tell cause he asked me for my expectations which are totally within industry and he said the salary expectation was above what they have. The interviewer has no interview skills whatsoever, it was judgemental during the call. He said he will share my profile and expect to hear from him. Never heard back after two weeks, not even a thank or a follow up. What a time waster, unprofessional and disrespectful of other peoples time. Definitely a warning sign of the company itself. Just because you are an old dinosaur doesn't mean you can be polite or not even say thank you for your time. I had a completely different idea of Telus.
